DIN 7337 Industrial Blind Rivets (Pop Rivets) | Aluminum & Stainless Steel | Open End & Closed End Styles

Blind Rivets, commonly known as Pop Rivets, are high-strength fasteners designed for applications where access to the back of the workpiece is restricted. By using a rivet gun, the mandrel is pulled through the body, expanding it and locking the materials together. We offer a full range of Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless Steel blind rivets in various head styles, including Dome, Countersunk, and Large Flange, to ensure a secure fit for automotive, HVAC, and construction projects.

  • Types: Open End, Closed End (Waterproof), Multigrip, Peel Type
  • Head Styles: Dome Head, Large Flange, Countersunk Head
  • Materials: Aluminum/Steel, Aluminum/Stainless, All Steel, All Stainless Steel
  • Standard: DIN 7337, IFI-114

Premium Blind Rivets for Fast, One-Sided Fastening

Our Blind Rivets (often called Pop Rivets) provide a versatile and robust solution for joining sheets of metal, plastic, or composite materials. The “blind” feature means they can be installed when you only have access to one side of the structure, making them indispensable for automotive repair, appliance manufacturing, and ductwork.

We manufacture rivets to the highest standards, ensuring consistent break-load for the mandrel and a clean, aesthetic finish on every joint.

Common Blind Rivet Types & Their Uses

  • Open End Blind Rivets: The most popular choice for general-purpose fastening.
  • Closed End (Sealed) Rivets: Feature a unique cup-shaped end that prevents liquid or gas leakage—ideal for tanks and marine use.
  • Large Flange Rivets: Offer a wider bearing surface, perfect for securing soft or brittle materials like plastics and wood.
  • Multigrip Rivets: Designed to accommodate varying material thicknesses, reducing the need for multiple rivet sizes.

How to Install Pop Rivets

  1. Drill: Drill a hole through both materials.
  2. Insert: Place the blind rivet into the hole.
  3. Pull: Use a manual or pneumatic rivet tool to pull the mandrel.
  4. Set: The head of the mandrel expands the rivet body; the mandrel then snaps off at the pre-determined break point, leaving a secure joint.

Global Industry Applications

  • Automotive: Body panels, interior trim, and heat shields.
  • Construction: Metal roofing, gutters, and cladding.
  • HVAC: Securing ventilation ducts and air conditioning units.
  • Electronics: Assembling chassis and server racks.
